Instructors are not permitted to copy content from Ovid databases in Brightspace. However, instructors may include links (i.e. "Jumpstarts") to Ovid content.
"Authorized Users and Walk-in Users . . . may . . . Incorporate the Licensed Materials into Course Packs and Electronic Reserves only through the use of Jumpstarts" (sec. 3.2.4).
"Neither the Consortium nor Authorized Users . . . may . . . mount or distribute any part of the Licensed Material on any electronic network, including without limitation the Internet and the World Wide Web without the prior written consent of the Publisher" (sec. 6.1.3).
